The scope of work and price or billing basis will be discussed with the customer before work begins. Additional work will be discussed before it is performed.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are arranged directly with HSIE. Weather, site conditions, or parts availability may require rescheduling.
Please call (916) 622-1425 or email hsirrigationexperts@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable deposit or cancellation terms will be disclosed before you agree to the service.
Payments
Payment amounts, accepted methods, and due dates will be stated in the estimate or invoice. This website provides business information and does not accept online payments. Please do not email payment-card information.
Service Concerns and Refund Requests
If you have a concern about work performed or believe a charge is incorrect, contact HSIE with the service date, property address, and a description of the concern.
We will review the work and billing with you and discuss an appropriate resolution. Refund requests are considered individually based on the work completed, materials supplied, and circumstances. These policies do not limit rights available under applicable law.
Warranties
Any applicable workmanship or product warranty will be described in the estimate, service agreement, or manufacturer documentation. Contact HSIE with questions about coverage for your work.
